Everything we sell (unless otherwise stated) is a new authentic product, carefully selected by our team.

Buy:
When you find a product you like, click on the product to get more information about the product. You can click on the photos to see different angles or to zoom in. On the page, you can see more information about the product, such as color, size options, material, and technology, among others. Don't forget to click on an item's size and color before you click buy.
Check the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart. It is possible to remove items from your shopping cart by clicking Delete.
Click Complete Order to continue. Next, your checkout page will appear with your items and prices. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. The charges on your card may vary if you shop in a different country or currency.

First purchase:
Pay attention and make sure that:
The billing address is the same as that on file with your bank.
The invoice name exactly matches what is written on the card.
Your address and other information are filled incorrectly. This includes your email and phone number. This helps us to contact you if necessary.
All orders are subject to analysis and verification of billing and shipping information. This verification is done over the phone when necessary to avoid loss or fraud to our customers.

Purchasing:
Account information: You can change your account information at any time. Just log in and change the information you want.
Shipping address: You can change your shipping address at any time before purchasing. To protect our customers, the shipping for an order cannot be changed after purchase. If you have any questions, contact one of our representatives.

How to process a return, exchange, or warranty?
To process a return you can send an email to admin@rinsootrade.com. When sending an email, be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
